Email us at support@balancebyher.com within 30 days of your delivery date to start your refund.

2.1  30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Solstice for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. This applies to both one-time purchases and Subscribe & Save orders.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date on your order

  • You must contact us via email at support@balancebyher.com with your order number

  • You do not need to return the product — you may keep it

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

2.2  How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Send an email to support@balancebyher.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of your experience (optional but helpful for us to improve)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.

2.3  Subscribe & Save Refunds

For customers enrolled in our Subscribe & Save program, refund eligibility applies to each individual shipment within 30 days of that shipment’s delivery. If you have been charged for a subscription renewal and have not yet received the shipment, please contact us immediately and we will cancel the shipment and issue a full refund.

We encourage customers to cancel their subscription before the next billing date if they no longer wish to continue. Cancellations made after a charge has processed will be treated as a refund request for that cycle.

2.4  Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@balancebyher.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

2.5  Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first check with neighbors and your building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate. If the loss is confirmed, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

For packages lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days), contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier and reship or refund your order.

2.6  What We Do Not Refund

We do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date

  • Orders where the customer has provided an incorrect shipping address

  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers

2.7  Returns

Because Solstice is a dietary supplement, we do not require physical returns for health and safety reasons. You may keep your product when a refund is approved. This makes the process simple and ensures you are never out of pocket to exercise your guarantee.
