1.4  Subscribe & Save

BalanceByHer offers a Subscribe & Save program that delivers Solstice on a recurring monthly basis at a discounted rate. By enrolling in this program, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each month until you cancel.

• You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your Customer Portal or contacting us at support@balancebyher.com.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for that cycle.

• Subscription discounts apply to standard pricing only and may not be combined with other promotional offers.

1.5  Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our payment processor.

You agree to pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. If payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order or subscription.

1.6  Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
